Green Luxury Hotel Pfoesl, Nova Ponente

I had a wonderful week at Hotel Pfosl, enjoying the beautiful surroundings, a fantastic vegetarian menu, and a great spa experience. However, I was surprised that the meat menu remained unchanged throughout my stay, and the room could get quite warm without air conditioning. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway, despite a few small issues.

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with beautiful outdoor spaces and cozy rooms. I enjoyed the delicious quality of the dishes served, especially for dinner. However, the dining experience fell short in some areas, like breakfast variety and afternoon offerings. While the complimentary shuttle service is a nice touch, the noise from the busy road outside was a bit disruptive.

The hotel has a lovely outdoor space and stylish accommodations, which made our stay enjoyable. The room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated. However, we were pretty underwhelmed by the dining experience, especially at breakfast, which could use more variety. While the afternoon cake buffet didn’t quite meet expectations, the dinner offerings were hit or miss. Overall, there’s a mismatch between the quality of food and the price we paid.

However, the afternoon cakes were not appealing and the price for the room seemed high considering its size and the bathroom amenities. Additionally, charging for tap water at dinner felt quite unreasonable.
